We are looking for a part-time or full-time Receptionist to join our team.

Daily tasks

Friendly and above all personalised guest correspondence
Front office and telephone management, mail
General administrative tasks
Organisation (filing, appointment coordination, etc.)
Correspondence (morning post, reports, minutes, etc.)
Looking after guests during their stay (requests and questions)

Requirements

Customer orientated
Confident demeanour and strong communication skills
Resilience and stress resistance including a good sense of humour
Social skills and the ability to work in a team
